Ok I figured it out. It was the Accel Max MAF Load table. I set the values to 255 from 3600rpm up and the car is back to her old self again.

Not sure if this helps, but try closing the idle adjuster on the IACV, i had a bouncing idle/recovery before, since i did that i have had no issues.

i think most can use these 4 outputs, AIV, EGR, O2 heater, A/C. i think certain auto ecu's have a few more outputs though..

If something is inducing electrical noise on the communication wires than a choke would help. They are cheap enough and worth a shot. sounds like a noise issue with something.
