Anyone in Oregon/SW Washington installed motor mount inserts before?
I would like to eventually eliminate the slop in my stock mounts, and would like to pick up some Energy Suspention mounts. Anyone on the Oregon/Washington are installed them? How long of a job is it? Is it something i could get someone here to install in exhange for something? (I have access to copious amounts of beer-imported, domestic or micro) Or a few bucks? Lemme know....Id like to get some in the car in the beginning of 2008.

They are not the funnest to install, but they rattle you car like hell... but yet stops the slop... there are many ways to install and there are people who would be willing to help you... i am one of them but you are down low on the list of things to do... lol gotta help a couple more members that have been waiting for me lol... pm me when you have a chance and i am sure i could help you out...

Tools that you could use would be:

Hacksaw
press or bench vice
vaseline
14mm 12mm sockets
and time...

Also who do you deliver beer for???

Here is the thing... Life would MUCH MUCH easier for you if you have a spare set of motor mounts to put your new inserts before you tear into your car so you have no downtime. They are simple if you do them correctly and another big thing is the mileage on the ones you will be taking out.. aka more mileage most of the time more the hassle they are to get out. I have done 5 sets of these, "Prothane Mounts" and are worth every single penny. Any problems just shoot me a pm and I'll help out.
