As far as block work, I did pay for quite a few things to get done by a respected NZ Nissan 'Guru'; the reality is that it was very different to what I paid for, so different that the work was needed to be 'done' again, you could say as if it had never been done to start with

. But that's for the mechanic to deal with his own lack of integrity and ethics. At least I would have kept the workshop in profit for a couple of months

' head has been removed and another replaced it before you would have got it; the next owner did the smart thing and replaced it with a known, and quality worked from standard head.
Due to it being re-built after me owning it, you'll need to ask the last owner what he has had done to it.
