This Is How I Make A VVL Block Like A Turbo Block
We all know drilling and tapping the block for oil return is simple and it is.

But

Drilling and tapping for oil to the turbo is very difficult without the right tools. The reason is the oil galley is on the back side of the motor and you have to drill between clinder 1 and cylinder 2.

Well with the right tool anything is possible. I designed this tool back in 1998. It fits down in the turbo outlet boss and aligns the drill bit to go true right between the cylinders ti the back oil galley. Nice and clean and costs less than buying all the fittings to run oil from back of the block to the front with fittings and braided hose.

This is how I did the VVL block for my friend G20T build

Hope you all like.

Here is the tool I designed.

Here is it in the block.

Finished results after VE block is tapped.

Not intrested in making any, I have to much things to do at this moment and time

Just putting out ideas for people to see. Maybe you can get someone in your area to make it for you. They can look at these pics and get the idea as to what needs to be done.

Now that I am doing pics, I will be posting alot of tricks that I have done over the years.
