In my experience dynojet's usually aren't very far apart on their readings, regardless of the model . don't worry about the spike.. that's completely normal, sometimes there is a little missread from the pickup cable . your graph seems to peak pretty early and drop too soon. check you timing, intake lenght. that may help a little

timing on the dist is 15* and i played with the timing map quite a bit..

I think it might be the header causing it to peak early.

yea i notice these ssac headers suck, the primary/secondary's don't match up as well as they could.. guess its back to the drawing board..

I think Andy is right, your SSAC are not flowing at the top.

I think the SSAC don't even match at the head if I remember correctly. If you still have the stock VE headers, try to fit them to your SSAC secondaries. I put down about 185 on the stock VE header, N1s and 2.5 exhaust.

the top part of the header fits the head perfectly but they dont line up super well where the secondaries bolt on

I could be mistaking but I think if you line up the VE ex-mani gasket against the SSAC with the bolts, the ports don't line up very good. Its has been a while. But its nothing some filing wouldn't fix.

I think your suppose to notch the bolt holes so you can raise the header up or something? Robert told me about it a while back.

exactly what stratton said..

out of the 4 i have installed they have all had larger ports then the head ports.. taking a stock ve metal gasket that fits the head ports well, the ssac ports are larger sooo yea...

the biggest issue is sometimes the bolt holes on the headers arent in the right spots causing the header not to go on the studs.. this would cause a problem on any fwd sr engine and no matter what the holes would need drilled out.. i've only had to do that to 1 header tho..

however i do agree that it seems like the headers causing it to peak early.. either that or maybe the intake?

also i think my dist is going bad because i had to really take out alot of timing to make any power..

heres my timing map
