yes it deff will accommodate everything necessary.
I would highly recommend switching to a top feed rail though a lot more injs available for top feed (Injector Dynamics).

im looking into getting my intakes flowed against stock and also will be putting car on dyno ...

u can put a resistor in the egr 2 pin connector and that will act as if the egr valve was hooked up.

if you do a search you should be able to find out what size resistor.
