With technology and tuning features now a days, i wouldn't run anything less that 10:1 + boost. Nothing beats response and just pure raw power from the get go.

What car is that for? The one labeled SR20 looks like it is a P10 transmission mount.

Injector Latency will affect the idle the most, but will also affect the whole fuel map.

Best way is to increase the 4 cells around idle area.
