Thanks Dave. Again I want the gears to be stronger and if we can make a custom gear ratio to make the 3rd and 4th gear longer I am all about it.

Well I dont think there is anything wrong basically with 3rd, 4th and 5th. The problem in my opinion is 1st and 2nd gears and 3rd. I will work some numbers later today so you can see what im talkin...
