How did you exchange your B13 arms for P10 arms?

The last time I talked to Javier, him and his brother were going to make a trip out of the country to puerto rico that they have a shop there and were going to business there for a while. Plus even if they didn't go, he's a really busy guy though, he only does all these projects on the side when he has time. Did ya'll try emailing him?
