That's the issue, car won't idle or run to get warm. I installed all the parts and did a few full heat cycles and leak checks on the stock ve injs. The car idled fine and got to temp with no issues. The only change since then is the 96lb injectors. Thanks again guys every bit of input helps.

Jktuning just emailed me some data so I should be able to report back with good news.

So looking over the base/start up tune I got from jktuning it is almost identical to the one I made. So I uploaded it and have the same issue still. Now this turns out to be a good thing because if my tune and Johns tune both have the same issue then something else is off. Short story is my z32 maf shit the bed, because of a shit soldering job (I got this used and in a turbo tube aluminum housing). The 12v post was loose so the power was jumping/arching this is why sometimes it worked. While watching it in the software and with a multi meter I knew something was off. I pulled the cover and BAM junk install. Unfortunately the arching has cooked the board now and I need a new sensor. But car now idles on the 96lb inj. and while I look for a new z32 maf I'm going to try tuning map only.

Thanks again for the input from others.

Yeah the crazy part is it ran fine 3 days earlier on the same maf with no issues, bad connection caused a short and cook the circuit board. Thanks again

Are you still running map only and if so any pointers on doing this?

not currently, honestly think my wideband o2 sensor was making things difficult for me.. i changed it an im going to be changing my injectors to id1000s so i will probably try it again.

MAF replace and all is well. Car runs drive and pulls great on a whopping 4psi. MAC boost solenoid driven by Nemu is working so time to up the boost and tune. I can already tell that this 6spd swap was worth it, no worrying about killing the trans.
Thanks again for the imput.
