Tuning a ve questions
As some of you know, power output is very low on my car.
I am going to get the car retuned after a couple changes but the question I always get is "how much timing does the ve like?" is there a resource available for them to research?
I have a stock sr20ve head and I know Ive read it before that the ve's can take a lot of timing over a de. I have the base timing right now at about 13 degrees cause its turboed.
These guys have experience with toyotas (1jz/2jz/vvt-i/lexus v8s/etc) and say those require a lot of timing but should they tune mine just like theirs?
