Travel date is Wednesday, June 5th.

Times are when the caravan LEAVES a designated meet-up spot. Try to get there about 15 minutes early at least. We will be sticking to a strict schedule, leaving each meeting point exactly on time.

For those of you with smartphones, this thread will be the place to communicate when the traveling starts. Check back here often for updates on how the caravan is progressing.

I think you're quite right, i'll meet up with you guys then i'll wait an hour or so before i leave. Ha i mean't to say ride along.

I need to wait and see if Chrys and/or Bryan are really committing to the convention. This is going to determine the timeline for me. As-is the plan is to take at least a half day off of work on Wednesday (maybe a full day though) so we can try to get to ATL for dinner before the meet-up at the hotel. So far that is a big window of time that I'd like to nail down more specifically.

Everyone, chime in with when you are planning on arriving in ATL? We can work backward from there.

Ben I took the 5th off so I am flexible on my time frame. I am also planning on having one more coming from the charleston area. I just need to get his car in working order. I want to be in atl by dinner time.
