L.E.D. Lighting (interior/exterior)
this is if you have your crappy dome lights

ok so i finally gave in and bought LED Dome light for my car, i know it sounds corny but it's actually really awesome light. i heard of this company( V-LEDS.COM | LED Dome, Map, License Plate, Reverse, DRL, Turn Signal, Brake Lights ) through a co-worker who has an infiniti G35, he had just about every stock bulb replaced to LED and also LED strips on the bumper to mimic the way the new audi's and Benz are coming out now. prices are cheap with great quality, cant beat the prices, now my wife wants her dome for her altima replaced and im changing the bulbs in back of my instrument cluster. site is very easy to use, if you dont know what bulbs you need it directs you to a site that tells you every bulb your bulb uses, and i mean EVERY LIGHT! even the really small ones.

i need to upload some pics hopefully you can notice the difference, basically to me it seems like you went from a cheap dim flash light to one of those swirly Daylight-light bulbs ( i know not the best example, but its what pops in my head) or almost like sun light inside when its night time

once again sight is V-LEDS.COM | LED Dome, Map, License Plate, Reverse, DRL, Turn Signal, Brake Lights

this is the stock bulbs on the cluster

with the LED 194's in amber

stock dome

LED DOME 3175 (5k true white)

cant really tell the brightness as you would in real life, but i think you can notice the difference. now i took these in my garage with all lights off and flash off the camera. the 194's for the instrument cluster were just a 1 led per bulb(4 total for gauges) but puts out 2w i believe or 2k. the dome like is a 5K true white with 4 led's. the 6K white has that blusish tint to the white. these bulbs work on polarity, so if you install them and they dont work dont freak out, just turn the bulb around andBAM! it works. had to turn the 194's and checking the whole time. install time for instrument cluster was no more than 10 mins fully on and off including the cluster trim and screws, etc...

definitely looks awesome. sometimes there's "dull" and "hot" spots in the cluster with some LED replacement bulbs. but those amber's look sick! which 194 bulb did you use? there's a couple of them on the website

also, have you tried replacing the indicator lights or warning lights?

That's funny. I just started a thread asking about this. Just want to upgrade all the stock lights and bring them into the 21st century sort-o-speak. Thanks man

Can you take a pic of your friends G35 where the light strip is? I'd like to see what you talking about.

hey thanks for the replys everyone, makes my hoopty seem a little nicer.

penguin nx---> no i havent done anyother ones yet, besides dome, and cluster. i might only replace the interiors for the a/c lighting and the rear defrost, then i'll move to the exterior,im not sure if theres one behind hazard switch? i know if you want to replace the turn signals u need the flasher relay so they work correct since led dont draw as much power as a regular filament bulb. last will be my headlights until i get diamond clear housings. as for the 194's they were the 2 high power led's side marke bulbsr P/N: 194_HP_A (A is for the amber ones)

Beefyvvl--> i'll try to see if i can get a pic if he already had one, i just realized he deployed about a week ago. i dont know his wife so i dont want to show up like some wierdo and ask to take pics of his car. but maybe i can point it out or highlight it in a pic if i see one, i'll try to get back to you later tonight on that one

i just saw he must have sold it before he left, this doesnt show where he has the led strip on the bumper where its painted black. went from the inside (center) along the bottom going towards the outsides and stopped without going up to do a full 360 not sure if that helps.
