Need help with cooling...
I have a turbo NX which is my daily. I drive the car for work so it's running for most of the day. My intercooler completely covers the middle gap in the front bumper. I put some small spacers in the hood hinges to vent it out a little bit. The car likes to run hot once in a while, i've been driving around with the heat on in 80 degree weather. My radiator is all aluminium, not sure what brand it is. I burped the cooling system. I will be adding water wetter to the cooling system soon. If I cut holes in the front bumper, will I see any difference in the temps? Need to resolve this issue before it gets any warmer out.

Did u try and run guides/guards that direct air to the radiator?

Running a 12" slim fan in front of the radiator. Wired to the stock fan harness. Was thinking about wiring it up to a switch. No gaurds, didn't even know they helped with heat until I searched the forums earlier.

You need more fan i think, try water wetter with a 70/30 water/antifreeze mix, just be sure to change it back to 50/50 if winter is cold

Let it idle and listen to the fans turning on and not and keep an eye on the tempmeter.

I dont have much air getting into my engine either and im between 19 and 210 when fans kick on. And it only reaches 210 when im at idle for a while and then again it never passes that. but the better question is what temps are you actually reading when your running hot?
