Thread: Pics of USDM Headlight plugs

Guys, I need your help.

I need someone to make a photo of the 2 plugs of the USDM headlight.

Also, I need to know whether or not H4 bulbs will fit the main plug, and what type of bulb is needed for the smaller one.

headlight bulbs = 9004




parking light bulbs = 194




3 wires on the headlight harness: black/violet w/ silver stripe, red/yellow w/ silver stripes, and black w/ 2 silver stripes


i still need to look into some EDM headlight installs to see exactly what needs to be done to get your lights in my car, besides buying them. hehe.

Ok, so I'll have to include some H4 plugs as well, then. Wiring those up should be easy enough.

Yeah, I would like to have as much of the plugs/harnesses as possible. Will make wiring them in much easier for me. Oh and let me know if you can get the plug/harness for the adjustment switch. But yup, lmk mojo! Thanks!

All you need is a plug made by this guy Innovative Wiring - Products

I had my connectors made and the quality is top notch. No cutting and splicing just plug and play. Dude is cool too! (headlights only)

Wiring the motors for adjusting lights/harness is another story

I have not seen my egg in 5 months due to my relocation otherwise I would have pics for you

MOJO can you get me this, for the EDM headlights? I need both housings and all the wiring

shoot him an email and ask him to make you a 9004 (stock) to H3 (EDM) harness. I forgot what the cost was, fairly cheap IIRC. All it is is a 6inch wire with plugs attached at both ends. One for 9004 and one for H3. So instead of cutting and hard wiring you just plug it in...easy peasy! Damn, I wish I had a pic to show you.




Will the pig tail include the bulb sockets? the reason I ask is cause the USDM ones will not fit.

Ofcourse! But you need the pigtails to attach the socket to the rest of the wiring loom :P
