when i had power steering i had removed that coooler and got the low pressure lines from a se-r, if you put the intercooler as close as you can to the radiator support you should be able to fit, i had to trim my lip up alot to get it back on

not a good angle but you can see how i had to trim it up

I dont have any powersteering stuff. If was all in the way and useless to me. So I snatched it out. AC stuff is also gone. With all that out of the way everything is simple and alot lighter. If you have a good lip...sell it and use someones cracked one. YOur going to have to cut it up anyway if your intercooler is of any good thickness.

Dont mind my hood ass hotside piping. It was just being used for the time to drive the car. I had to cut the spoiler to even fit it. But hey it worked for the time. Now the hot side is like the cold side. I just gotta get my new spoiler from my red NX painted elec blue.

It doesn't get much simpler really, the engine bay was all apart wires all over when I took the picture.I need to find a pressure washer bad too :o Looks worse than it really is lol.

I only 5 bends or 2 1/2 U bends. There is not crazy plumbing through fenders or under the rad support. The pipes away from the exhaust manifold too so the intake stays cooler than pipes that cross over. You can't beat it for a front mount air to air setup.

Maybe just do it in aluminum. If you use 2.5 inch pipe on the pipe to the intake you can do a blow through and stick the MAF where that middle coupler is by the clutch cable.

so i just realize that your inlet and oulet are on the same side. I guess thats why it was confusing. umm where is your radiator?

edit.. Nvm. lol you did say your car was tore apart right. So its not even installed yet
