wtb: speedometer cable
i think its called a speedometer cable but it runs from the rubber insulated cord from the cluster going out the fire wall to i believe the transmission. if its the wrong part correct me. thx

You are correct sir. The part number is 25050-65Y02 and you can order it from Greg V at GSpec and the price is $28.59 plus shipping.

where exactly does it plug in. i just want to make sure when it ripped out no damage was caused

it plugs in to the back of the cluster so you have to remove that. Fairly easy. 10min job.

i dont think thats the right piece .... i have that im talking about the metal cable that runs from that down to the tranny

Huh? The speedo cable is what tells you your mph. It plugs from the back of the cluster to the speedo sensor on the tranny.

well the piece i have only plugs from the cluster and runs through the firewall and is about 1 foot long out of the firewall. i need the piece that goes between the tranny and that

clutch cable??trhats not really behind the gauge cluster....more towards the clutch pedal....does it look like a steel braided cable?
