so the guy bought an NX axleback for his B13 Sentra, right?

He knew it was an NX part, right?

He was under the impression it might fit his Sentra, right?

you weren't sure and told him you weren't sure, right?

if so, he needs to deal with it... it's his problem not yours...

you keep calling the Sentra a "B13" when the NX is also a "B13" - makes your story confusing...

because in this case, b13 sentra exhaust is different from NX exhaust.

He owns a NX.

Is he on these forums too? Or just on the old forum?

It's quiet simple and should hold up with the admins on the old forum too, he bought a piece that's not designed for his car, and now complaining about it not working. Did he further butcher the parts by cutting them etc?

Now if you guys dealt with paypal be careful and gather all your facts, they tend to side with buyers all the time so you have to deliver a very good reason to why the buyer is an idiot .

right, so say "b13 sentra", not "b13", because "b13" is also an NX..

I'm starting to see how he got confused...

EDIT: the word "Sentra" was not quoted in your posts until you used happynole's quote and never again used the word "Sentra" until you were clarifying it with me.... you kept referring to it as "B13"...

His NX is a "B13"....

true, however his previous mistake in purchasing a 'b13 exhaust' was that it was for a sentra and not an nx. I see where things are confusing but due to his previous problems with purchasing the incorrect one, he stated that he is purchasing the item based on his research of the item. Because it's a pm from him to me I cannot post it, but he stated he is purchasing the item because it "should" fit, not because it "will" fit.

well it sounds like he wasn't sure either..

I think you have a case with paypal, they would allow you to send his PM's when/if he disputes this case..

Should I open a buyer/seller thing referencing this thread, copy and paste my posts into it etc. on the other forum before this gets ugly to be on the up and up or...?

if he hacked it up, took off clamps and cut things, its his. i wouldnt even entertain his messages. if he cant return it in the condition you sold it to him i would not give him back the $$$. if in the email he said it should fit then it didnt thats his problem

i hate to sound like a d!ck, but if i buy something and im not 100% sure its going to fit my car and i do get it, its mine...iv bought a walbro for my B14 and it was one for a B13(i read they could fit but i wanted one with the correct PN). i kept it and resold it

Here's the link on the other forum. I decided to post the info to ensure all is on the up and up. Feel free to add your .02$ either way.
