Thread: Anybody know good local tattoo artists?

I have a pic I finally like, but need it slightly modified. It's going to require some cartoonish facial imaging. So, they have to have experience with that. Anybody know a good shop (close to Glen Burnie/Bmore area, since those are cheaper than DC/Silver Spring).
