I approve this statement.

Another option, if you have a portable GPS unit like a Garmin or TomTom:

Download custom loadsets from the net that users upload with current POI's containing speed traps, cameras, etc.

I haven't tried it in a while, but when I was in NJ it worked flawlessly. My GPS would alert when you were 1/4mi. away from the POI and would alert you again every 500ft.

Not that I would condone this, but if someone should happen get a traffic court judge's license number, photoshop it, and put that fake plate onto a speeding car through a camera,

that would be funny. Doing it to a bunch of different judges would be really funny.

Just use some spray photo-blocking material. Enhances the flash back to the camera so that the plate can't be read.

I'm not sure what they were testing... Would be interesting if they proved it wrong though.

So we're on the same sheet, I'm referring to the Phantom Photoblocker Spray here: No More Red Light Camera Tickets. Make Your Car Invisible To Police Speed Cameras With Our License Plate Cover, PhotoBlocker Spray, Radar Detectors, GPS, GPS Camera Detectors. Got A Traffic Ticket? Don’t Pay Yet. Yea, the spray doesnt do anything. They claim it does but it doesnt. The plastic covers work well.

I'm going to buy a can of the spray and take pictures with my SLR and external flash. Time will tell.
