Thread: Spring meet '09.

Ok guys, I want to start getting a meet together. The weather's getting nice, and it's time to have a meet/picnic.

Vote for the date which you like best. I'm setting the poll to end two weeks from today, 4/29.

I think that park in Columbia area, where we had the End of Summer BBQ last year, is a good spot. I'm going to see about reserving a pavillion, so the we ensure having a place to eat/chat.

Once the poll is finished, and the time/location decided, we'll have a discussion thread to discuss who's bringing what. Everyone should bring a food item. Pack of hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, chips, soda, someone should be in charge of ice, charcoal, cups/plates/silverware etc etc. But that'll all be covered in the discussion thread.

PS, I'm voting for the 16th. It's not that far away, but still should offer plenty of time to make plans to be there.

Sounds good, whichever weekend. It would be cool to have most of the area guys there like it used to be at the meets at steve's house. That was nice!!!

That may still take place this year. That wasnt my house it was a friends. His brother passed a few months ago in a car accident and he was into the car scene and had a street bike. We were talking about maybe a big meet at that same house or maybe going crazy and posting on all the forums, bmw,supra, couple bike sites etc and doing it at the whitemarsh park and ride. Just an idea. Either way im down for a meet to start the summer but this time out ill be making just a little bit more HP

BTW i voted May 30th this gives everyone a couple more weeks to figure things out so we have alot of cars showing up..

may is never a good month for me. i have like 5 birthday including my mom and best friend and my best friend is coming back from San Diego too. i vote for June.

sr meet only?

I was thinking this should be an SR, Mid-A thing only, yeah. Not to say that others aren't invited...and I'm all for a HUGE meet sometime...but I was hoping to kick the season off with a local thing. SR20-Forum, Mid-A guys.
