The only problem is the 13" wheel doesn't clear our stock front brakes. Otherwise that's awesome.

Can you get the Star8 15x4 with 5x114.3 pattern? Would I be able to get them unpolished?

For the 15x4 in 5x114.3, the Star 5 is the only one available.

What do they weigh?

the 13's actually do clear the brakes, and also the NX2000 ad22's as well

You'll need extended wheel studs, for sure. These are mounted with 24.5x8x13" MH's. AD22VF's behind them. About .75" clearance from the caliper to the wheel.
