maxima rear disc

on rock auto listed under nx2000 there are 2 sizes of rear disc brakes

258mm which is 1mm bigger diamater than ad22vf (4 hole for maxima calipers?)

234mm (stock rear discs)

looking at b14 rear options on there 9.2" is listed as rear (233.68mm aka 234)

and for anyone willing to take the time to figure out some part #'s there are beck arnley re-branded axxis metal masters on there for the ad22 brakes for cheap.....

I believe that 258mm is the rotor that B13 upgrades are looking for. BUT DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THAT. Once I get my B13 going, I'll check it out and know for sure.

SR20 Jet, mind posting up the weights of the OEM B13/B14 brakes as well? Since you seem to be the weight master lol

WARNING!: Is very limited on what wheels will clear these calipers. Currently have Motegi 17" Traklites w/ 42 offset (no spacer) and it leave only a few millimeters of clearance between the wheel spokes and the calipers. Though, by my measurements you should be able to fit a 16" Traklite over these calipers.
Note: You will need to swap out your spindle for a B15 spindle or have a bracket made for these calipers.

They fit under 16" rims... I had 16s MR7s (IIRC) on my b15 with those brakes. It was a tight fit tho (thats what she said).

Don't have a B13 caliper in my possession. I'll try to get the weight of the stock B14 caliper once I re-do my brakes.

ok so I'm googling rotor dimensions of the following brakes and it's taking to long to find the info:

B13 SE-R front brake rotors
NX2000 front brake rotors
S13 OE front brake rotors
Z32 OE front brake rotors
B15 SE-R front brake rotors

Lets get this thread rolling man!!

I was talking with Brian at FastBrakes today and he has a different rear brake upgrade for B14's. I later confirmed this with Greg V. Instead of re-drilling Maxima discs, pick up rear discs from a Spec-V with the Brembo upgrade. They are the same size as the Maxima rotors and are drilled 4x114, making a 4x100 re-drill easier than re-drilling the 5 bolt Max rotors. I will be going this route in the next few days and will post pics.

Greg also said he has access to a bracket that would allow you to keep your stock calipers with the larger rotors. I'll let him post up that specific information.

So my B14 upgrade will be:
NX2000 front calipers and rotors
Carbotech Bobcat front pads
A32 Maxima rear calipers
B15 SpecV Brembo rear rotors redrilled to 4x100
Stock Maxima rear pads

Glad you found another option! I'm curious to see what the price difference is with that setup as opposed to the getting the A32 rotors from Greg...
