Thread: positive wire for fuel pump?

'95 200sx se-r

Can someone please tell me which wire is the positive (hot) coming out of the pump? There are 2 connectors coming out of the tank under the rear seat. I'm not sure which is for the pump, and which is hot. I need to know because I am bypassing the harness wires.

the two wire connector is for the fuel pump. iirc the power wire is black with a red stripe. Just use a test light to verify.
