Wiper speed 1 dead
So i have a B14 and 2 things I cant seem to figure out is wiper speed 1 of 3 doesnt work (shuts wipers off) and when I do shut the wipers off they stop right where they are instead of finishing the wipe and stopping in the down position.....i took a working wiper switch from another B14 I have to see if it was the switch but that switch does the same thing...any idea whats causing this and how to fix. Its really annoying having to time when to turn them off so they dont stop in the up position...

Sounds like the amplifier shit the bed. Swap it out for a known good one. I'm not B14 expert, but I think it's next to the glove box. Found this on SE-R.net...

"Remove the 6 screws holding the glove box and remove the glove box. The wiper amplifier is located near where the passenger's right foot would be."

Looks like....

Cool thanks, i'll check that out, in the mean time can anyone good with B14s confirm?

....nevermind I went and looked, I see it right up under glove box, thanks again! I'm gonna switch it tomorrow (gotta go into work soon) and see if that fixes the issue

Good to see this! I've had the same issue forever. It works sometimes, but randomly stops halfway and then will go up and down again after a few minutes and lock up again. Over and over.
