Thread: Stock B13 radio harness

Does anyone have the wiring schematic for the stock radio harness on a 91-94 B13, I am wiring up a new head unit but the wires from the stock radio are not labled.

did you cut the harness? you could and should use an adapter..



edit: the front ones are easy to tell, the white stripe wires are positive. the rears i had to guess at.

Speakers:

Left Front:
Positive = blue with white stripe
Negative = blue with yellow stripe

Right Front:
Positive = brown
Negative = brown with white stripe

Left Rear:
Positive = red
Negative = green

Right Rear:
Positive = blue
Negative = pink

yeah, cutting the harness ends up being more touchy and more of a hassle. Those adapters do not lose any sound quality or power. Not to mention the convenience of not guessing on the wires!
