oh yeah, if you don't have AC anymore. the AC switch is a single input, dual output switch. So light green/red is your 12v input. then light green/black and orange will be your output/ground.

Ok people. All you need to do is buy 1 wire splicer(the red thing in the first pic) and attach it to the solid blue wire coming from pin#9.

Then using the output wire from the splicer, connect it to the green/black wire on the a/c switch via crimp connector. THATS IT DONE.

When you push in the a/c button and have the fan on any speed the green light lights up and your fans are on.

Don't mind the other 2 crimp connectors I hacked my whole plug off trying to wire it up another way. Do not do that!

TH1 nice info!

I have my a/c(dosnt work well, will fix sometime) and decided to run a seperate switch, with a relay directly to both fans.

On the same note, what about the fog light? Could the same method be used to operate the lights at anytime vs the stock setup(headlights on)? I really dont want a seperate switch considering ive already got a stock switch.

Thanks.

This mod has been around for ever. Not sure if it's on this forum or not. The old one has it, and www.se-r.net even has it I believe.

(Edit) Here you go: http://www.se-r.net/electrical/fog_light_mod.html

Thanks, but I read the first line and LOL'd my a$$ off... just my luck.

"Note: This method does NOT work on the NX2000"

I have a, you guessed it... NX2K....

But I do have the basic idea. Now I can look at a wire diagram and maybe figure it out. Let me see why the NX is different, then adapt what he did to work.... fun fun
