I worked in the car audio industry for 6 years. I started building spl cars when I was still in high school. Engine noise is a bitch to trouble shoot. I could write a book on the subject.

Cortrim. I am looking for an affordable deck. 2 Sets of Pre Amp Outputs, HD installed, and if possible a USB port or 1/4 input for aux under $150.00. Is that possible?

this is close for $150. no hd on board but has a module that plugs in. This is a good unit that has a ton of features for the price. The other has what you asked for but is a little more money.

Cortrim. I swapped radios and the whine is gone. I even used 14-16ga. wire to ground the chassis brace to the back of the radio chassis. Now one quick question. I have an intermittent buzz when the lights are on or the brake is pressed. Around 2500-3500. I hit a crease in the road and it went away. It comes and goes as pleases. What else could I check. I no longer get the engine whine. Just the annoying buzz noise.

Check your grounds at the battery and any chassis grounds you can find. Noise can be anywhere, best bet is to check the grounds for the lights in front and back and under the dash.
