Heres a reference picture for location. Take off the glove box and its just above the passenger side kick panel. Unplug it from the harness and remove the screw holding it there (in either order).

Here's a reference picture of the actual thing to replace

Should be now?

For further help cuz im in a helpful mood, its a 10mm screw, i find using an open ended wrench to get it started works for me cuz it can be a PIA getting bigger hands back there.

Thanks for thius info and pics!
I am a newb to the B14....I know B13 inside and out.
I will be sure to grab any of these I can find when I hit the junkyards in the future.

I have a few blower resisors for the B13 for the same reason ...they fail alot.haha

No problem, just glad to give back to the forum that's helped me so much. I completely stripped my one b14 when I wrecked her so I know it pretty well, hopefully one day I can get my hands on a B13, that's the plan anyway.....blower resistor dies often in b14 as well so when your at the junk yard, might as well grab those to. It's like up behind the glove box kinda up in front of where the passengers toes would be. Believe it's held in place by 2 screws

Strange, I have had 2 B14's and never had the blower resistor burn out, but in every single B13 I've had they all blew out.

Now I have a strange minor problem in my '92 - the fans work on settings 1, 2and 4.. but don't work on 3.. so I'm thinking it's the switch itself.
