I have done considerable weight reduction and removed the blower and everything a long time ago. What do you guys use to cover up the outside vent hole for the blower and water and crap doesnt come in?
I just left mine open. The cowl is closed up on that side anyway. I don't drive my car in the rain anymore, but I still wash it lol. No water has gotten through yet.

I cant keep the car covered all the time, I dont drive it in the rain since I have no wiper motors, but I get a lake on my passenger floor every time it pours rain outside.

How do you have it attached? I mean the vent to the outside, not the a/c vents. I guess Ill just trace the stock blower onto some plastic or something and cut it out.
He's talking about water coming in where the blower vented from under the cowl. When you take the blower out it leaves a big hole that really looks like water would pour into the interior through.
Mine stays in my garage for the most part. Like I said it mostly gets wet when I wash it, but I haven't had any issues. It shouldn't be hard for you to patch up.
If I had issues with mine, I'd honestly just put a piece of abs plastic over it, screw it down, and seal around it lol. My car's full of holes, and has no wipers or wiper motor anymore though, so no driving in the rain for me. I do keep the rain x on the windshield though, just in case haha.
