Thread: Lights dont work

once again this piece of **** 95 se-r

none of the lights on the dash work, tail lights and headlights as well...dont work.

they worked a week ago ...where should i look? im thinking its a loose connection or a bad fuse somewhere...not sure

did you check and see what fuse might of popped. Thats where I would look first, if you have an aftermarket cd player take that out and see what happens.

i checked a few , havent found any yet...theres no cd player in there right now, the whole dash is in shambles...also to be noted..the speedo and fuel gauge dont work (coolant temp and tach dont either but i didnt hook them up) and both of them worked earlier in the week along with the signal lights on the dash....

also to be noted that the lights stopped working after joe hooked the boost gauge and oil pressure gauge up..mind you he DIN mounted them in the cubby hole

Not sure about B14's, but the B15 has 1 fuse under the hood for dash, headlights, taillights combined.

Obviously the problem has to be with the gauge installation. If not a fuse, take them out and check to make sure some wire wasn't cut or uninstall them and see what happens.

Probably he just blew a fuse installing the gauges by shorting something accidentally. Weird that the headlights would've gone though? I would start by checking every fuse / fusible link in the car.

You might want to check the dim switch.

Almost everything in dash is powered by the same circuit (lighting I mean). I know because I replaced this wire! D=

which wire?, i cant figgure this ****in thing out for hte life of me

I dont even remember the color right now lol. But check all your fuses and stuff before worrying about wiring.
