Ya, there seems to be two vacuum hoses for the charcoal canister. You only point out one of them on your diagram. I'm running my BOV off the charcoal canister vacuum on your diagram. I had to block off whatever this mystery vacuum line which seems to be another vacuum line for the charcoal canister.

The JGY diagram has 2 vacuum's for the charcoal canister.

Ah gotcha, sorry my mistake . I don't have it then, maybe older W10's do but they removed it for the W11's?

idk, that's a good question. Are you sure you don't have it? I'd give it a second check it's kinda near the end of the TB closest towards passenger side. I can never find it without feeling around down there because the TPS is kinda in the way and there's an ECU harness in the way too ;/ It's kinda right near the TPS plug. I'm not even sure it's coming off the TB, might be coming from somewhere else. Maybe it's something I forgot to hook up? I do know you can hear it under boost leak testing.

Vacuum lines from throttle body
Does anybody know where the vacuum lines from the throttle body go? Thanks

Ah that one, I don't really qualify it as a vacuum line because it's preTB. Basically it's outside of the Intake Manifold structure at that point.

Every car I've owned where newer, 1998 or newer, and they all always had it simply capped off. Because at that point Nissan started using the charcoal canister by the gas tank.

You can use that line for a WG, but I feel like it's a little restrictive, so it might not flow air as easily, but might increase boost because of that.

From what I could tell when my motor was tore apart, if you block off where your iacv was, the regulated air from the IM won't enter those ports "Cast into the underside of the manifold." For lack of a better description. So, you should be safe to leave those ports unplugged or unhosed. This goes for the TB heater lines also if you are deleting those as well.

And just an added note I've always felt better about putting the w/g actuator line in front of the TB and the BOV line behind the TB. I guess you could say I used a little of both of these diagrams.

Relinked to my photobucket. I hosted it on this site but there are permission errors thus only the folks in my friends list can see.

Ressurrection!

Vadim, and others, my car won't idle cold. It never has. I stumbled upon this thread searching other things. I referenced the diagram and then popped my hood to see that IACV breather (diagram bottom left) I have blocked off. Could this be my issue??? Where would that hose go otherwise?

Then the nipple you have labeled for BOV I seem to have routed to my cold side pipe, after MAF/before turbo. I have my BOV teed with my boost gauge going to a nipple after the throttle plate.

I did the charcoal canister re-route years ago. Capped one outlet of the tee coming out of the valve cover with the other still running down to the block. That line is teed and runs to the bottom (large) end of the canister. The top (smaller) end I have going to the cold side pipe after MAF/before turbo. I don't have any vacuum going to it.

The only one I seem to have right according to the diagram in the first post is brake booster and FPR. Could something here be what's been ailing my cold idle all these years!?!
