t25 problem?
so guys, my car is down again. this is the second time this has happened. the bolts that hold the turbo to the manifold have come loose and blow my gasket. what could be the problem ? they are installed tight and with pressure washers. the exhaust gas that comes out hits my radiator and causes it to overheat so im not driving it right now.

does anyone know where i can find new gaskets for my t25? like the manifold to turbo, jpipe and the compressor gaskets. what do you guys think the problem is.

thx dudes

I never really had that issue. If you put the compression washers you shouldn't have a problem if you tight it correctly (In order and small turns). You can get all the gaskets from Greg V. One of your well known vendors in our community.

Did you get the metal turbo gasket? The heat will just burn up anything else you put in there. Get with Tom and get the right thing. I also put on some red loctite, IDK if it'll do anything, but I did it anyway. Have you checked the condition of the threads on the studs?

why dont you try some lock tight stuff and use a washer and a lock washer.

I just use high temp silicone on the threads. I think loctite will burn up

To fix the problem properly you need a new gasket, stronger studs and better nuts. If the studs have started stretching they will continur to do so until the break.

To fix the problem you need to get the OEM part that Nissan installed on T25's stock. Its the plate that has tabs that fold over onto the bolts so they cant loosen them selves out of place.
