about 190 shipped both ways. the coating was $38.00 per piston. The pc-9 bumped the diameter right where I wanted it.

not bad. now is the coating just for protection or does it have any performance adding abilities. Im sorry i dont know much about coatings

tbc is a thermal barrier that does not allow heat to absorb into the piston. It also keeps the heat even across the face of the piston reducing detonation. Pc-9 reduces friction and cylinder wall wear.

Yes they clear the piston coolers. I checked them against the gtir pistons and these are based on the factory vet pistons. These are cp pistons and do come in various sizes. I chose to stick with the std size and had the pistons coated so I could get the piston to wall clearance where i wanted it. these pistons also will clear the over sized valves.
