Oh wow, thats an awesome place for the heat exchanger. Whats your reservoir setup look like for your a2w i/c? Looks like its in the trunk? Also, what kind of fuel rail are you running? That looks pretty trick!

It's right next to his air filter?

That P10 is badd ass... Not a fan of the green hoses but, other than that it is very damn neat.

Thats the intercooler itself not the reservoir for the xx gallons of extra water in the system.

Oh and the extra hose on the exposed bolts is a great idea. Kudos!

Thanks guys! For the reservoir the key is to make sure it is the highest point in the system. I made a shelf to position it higher in the trunk and below it I mounted a Mustang Cobra pump. Setting it up like this allows the system to self bleed off any trapped air and always guarantees the pump sees water:

This will eventually get redone to clean it up a bit. I've got the pump and heat x-changer fan wired to a switch to stop heat soak for any stop and go traffic situations. Ideally I'd like to set the switch to be triggered by the VSS and come on at xxmph. Trying to figure out the easiest way to do this.

I have a picture request,
can someone post some pictures of their water/oil line DE+T of course, and where they lead to
and if it is possible (not necessary) a picture to the heater hoses

Alot of guys (me included) get their feed from the throttle body coolant lines, I dont run coolant through my throttle body, so I just hooked the hoses right up there. I did look at boomsticks DET before i did my swap to see what pipe his feed came from, an hooked mine up to the same one then hooked the return up to the other. DET's return right into the block.

As for the oil line, I hooked it up where the factory oil pressure gauge goes an put a T in for an aftermarket gauge.

Give me time after the convention and I can post mine. Lynch has the right idea though.

Slightly different to what you guys used to seeing being in a RWD platform, but you get the ideas.
