There are a few routing diagrams around here, but they can differ quite a bit.
Basically, one small nipple can be used for the wastegate (not a bad idea, wastegate should see boost only). One large nipple for the IACV (needs to be between MAF and TB). All others can be capped off.
For valvecover: One of the ports from the T can be capped off, or you can run it to the PRE-TURBO intake pipe, to assist in removing blowby stuff from the crankcase. Run the other port like usual thru the catchcan down to the crankcase. PCV can stay or go, up to you. (I'm keeping it and just have a large vacuum line to it from my o2 induction manifold to assist with pulling blowby out of the crankcase.)
