the fastest I have gone is the speed limitor on my GSXR1000 ....it is supposedly 186mph the bike still pulled , but the speedo did not move , it has yoshi r cams and a tiforce exhaust and velocity stacks , it is stuppid fast , it power wheelies in third intill I crashed it ...it will be back together by spring hopefully

I did a 65mph roll next to my friends suzuki tl1000r and i stayed with him to about 165ish according to his speedo, mine was maxxed out and then some. This was with 16in rims and a 215/45/16 tire. His bike would kill me of course after i ran out of gearing, he had a full exhaust intake, ram air mods, and a lot of dyno time with a power commander. I think he was making 128whp and a hell of alot of tq. I wouldnt recommend anyone go that fast on the hwy. We did it very late at night or early in the morning depending on how you look at it. We were bored going to the import truck bash show in indianapolis.

From a roll the ser/nx gearing easily gives you the jump on most people.

I think i hit close to 150mph on the track at road america according to my driving instructor.

HAHA I feel like a pansy. I can't take my car over 140mph, just doesn't feel right to me. Floats too much.

lol I think I may be nuts and love speed. It doesn't take very long to get up there, only 18 seconds but Brembo brakes help to slow you quickly. Fastest I've ever gone was 180mph in my buddies 9 second mustang cobra. Now that is just ridiculous.

Yeah, without alot of suspension and big brakes i would never do it. I am running the wilwood 11" fr kit, and every suspension piece besides a control arm brace.

I have one of those ...and some traction bars from hass, still to go on as well

yeah, i know its got better aerodynamics....that was done in my ser.....i havent really gotten down hard on the nx above 100 yet......its not the speed im afraid of, its the blue light special

i hit 140 before but that was with the juice turn on and it was on like this 5 mile str8 road we have out here in the sticks
