So heres a question, why did the tow yard take his car without a title? In washington and oregon you need a title to scrap, or take a car to a tow yard. Is that not the case here in FL? If so thats bull shit and sucks balls. Hopefully they have info on the dick who brought it in.

Dude,you are the MAN!! I hope they catch the fuckers.
Whoever turned it in would have to sign an affadavit saying they had the title or it was lost.
I have been down this road before.I had a car with a lost title(in my name) and I scrapped it.I didnt want to pay to get a copy of the title just to scrap it.
