Trust me I will have the power to shake them. They will be on my car all the time. My car is by no means anywhere near a DD.

They are street tires so why not?

True yes they are for the street but I was recommended not to drive with them because they wear very easy with street usage. One thing about the M/t's once they are warm they are just as soft as butter. Matter of fact ofter each day of track usage I have to scrape the excess rubber from the wheel wells.

Of course when your doing burnouts at the track with them... duh there extremely soft compound. Like a slick but with a sidewall....

That comment was just for the unknowing I expect the experienced guys to know this already. All for the sake of conversation.

I also use B/f traction t/a for my daily driver. Those are allseason tires though.

The guys that run the Bf's which model do you guys run at the drag strip? I would like to hear from the B/f guys as well.

225-50-15 bf's
i have been running them for almost 4 years..maybe 40 passes or so and they still have meet left. got me in the 1.82 60ft range and so far no axle carnage.i do drive them to the track and back-for a street tire the kumho 512's are good enough

I ran the 215/60/14 BF DR's. They hooked up awesome on the street. At the track, I never had the chance to really run them. I had same tires in a 225/60/14 on my old car and they were disgusting. Car would feel like it was AWD. I never had experience on the MT's though. I know a couple Honda guys who run them and they did not have the best traction. My friend with a K series car preferred BF DR's.

Wow great story very interesting. You sparked my interest in these tires. Another thing I did notice about the BF's is that they do not come in anything smaller than a 15 inch rim size which is kind of weird. Who launches at the track with 17's. Just speaking for the Fwd guys.

That is also interesting that you say that. Matter of fact I actually have 2 friends that drive Honda EG civics. Both of them are saying that they get horrible traction with the MT's. I have actually witnessed that he ran slower times as well. This does not make sense to me. There has got to be a link some where. Maybe the Hondas wheel base does not work well with the tires. I am not sure I am not that advanced at explaining these things. There may be some truth to it but I really don't see see how it would make a difference.

Lol I have no idea bro. I'm just pretty much going by what they have told me. These are also guys who have type-r lsd trannies which should be hooking up better than your average one tire fryer. I'll have to try out the MT's though. I felt the tread on one at the local speed shop and it felt like bubble gum!

I have 215/60/14 BFG drags. Once warmed up they hook good. Launched my car 7k a couple times straight with no problems with traction. I have maybe about 40 1/8 mile passes+burnouts and the additional fun on the street. Still have about 50% thread left. I will be trying 225/50/15 mt et streets next time around.
