so i ordered my mishimoto radiator hoses from Intensepower.com claim to have in stock but didnt. this was christmas eve. ok no big deal ill wait. well it is now close to 1 month and they keep telling me 1 week and a week later another week and another week later another week.

i cant file a dispute with my CC right now until exactly over 30 days but this is getting ridiculous

is this place even for real and i call and call now and no one answers the freaking phone or even responds to email!

They are real. Ive bought alot of stuff from them. I dont know why they wont answer, but that is the same phone # i have for them too.

i been calling for the past 3 days and no one answers the phone this week at all.

pretty frustrating that no emails response no phone calls nothing. guess all they care about is the local customer?

that is bull crap and unacceptable.. I will keep this in mind if they ever have something I need - not to buy from them.

Call from online like skype or something... Also you can have someone else 3-way you on the line
