Fast Brakes 11in kit+U13 mc problem
i have the fastbrakes 11" 4 piston dynalite economy kit in front, fastbrakes 11" maxima caliper kit in the rear, U13 master cylinder, and motul RBF 600 fluid and i feel as though i dont have the braking power i should. im mainly basing my braking power on how easy it is to lock the wheels up. iv always felt like i have to push the pedal really hard to brake fast and when i do its almost impossible to lock the front wheels up when their cold and i still have to push hard when their warm. i do have 225 dunlop zII tires that are grippy but i still feel like i should be able to lock them up fairly easy. i bench bled the mc before install, bled my brakes twice manually and twice with a pneumatic bleeder, and bedded in the pads after install. the pedal is firm after about a 1/2 in I'm guessing. i did the pedal test to see if the booster is leaking and it didnt seem to. anyone else experience this with these kits? or know of a solution?

Im having a similar problem with the same setup, but mine is locking the rears, i think that you could be using a very agressive pad. When i installed the Wilwood i had the issue that the pads were(and still are) so agressive that i had to have the brakes really hot to get them to start braking well...

were you using the pads given with the kit? i know they were hawk pads but not sure which type exactly. but that was something i thought might be causing the issue i just havent been able to track the car yet besides one autocross race so i cant really get the brakes hot and keep them hot on the street to find out lol
