Brake Bais/Porportioning valve
Hey guys,

This is a pic of the stock brake proportioning valve on my N14.

I've had braided hoses made to replace the stock hardlines from this valve to the two front calipers. (the hardlines on the RHD are kinda ugly in terms of their routing)

Now, do you think that the left and right can be swapped around? Or will this cause any kind of uneven brake distribution?
Swapping the left and right positions around will allow much more convenient routing of my new lines. The valve doesn't seem to indicate any left or right side, so I'm hoping it is fine. But I want to confirm.

The N14 has some load sensors at the rear brakes. I'm not sure if that will have any affect either on how the brake fluid is applied to the rear brakes. I also haven't followed the OEM lines from the Valve to the rear to see if the stock lines are in fact FR+RR and FL+RL to begine with.

Can anyone shed some light on this please?

thanks

Bump. No one?

I'm gonna go ahead and assume it will be okay to switch the two front lines around since there is no Left Right indication on the proportioning valve.

(If I die it's on you!) haha
