Bending B14 rear Beam
Hello guys, the issue is this, i have read that this is like magic and works awesome in our understeering b14s, i know that there in the US some guys know how to do this, but i live in Costa Rica, Central America and i have not found anyone that would be able to do this. So i want to know how to do this myself so me and my friends can do this in our cars.

what do i need to do this?

Any thoughts?

It is complicated to get right, but it isn't magic. It can be done. Hopefully details will be forthcoming.

You need.

-One hydraulic bottle jack that does probably 4,000 lbs
-One strong I-Beam
-Three brackets to support the beam from being crushed to nothingness. Two support chains on left and right side and one for the bottle jack
-Chains to connect i-beam to the cars beam on left and right sides.
-A way to measure toe (trammel bar)

Practice on a junk beam. You can get them off a lot of diff cars.

What Viprdude said. its not rocket science you just bend the beam without crushing the boxed structure of it while measuring toe

I like how u guys make it sound so easy, don't forget to mention how dangerous it is if something slips or doesn't go correctly. If u over bend there is no reversal. Buy a beam that somebody already has for sale.

If I had a B14 I'd have bought that bent beam by now.
