how to pull b14 rear beam?
anyone have some insight to this? done it before? tricks? easiest way to do it?

would i have to get my car re-aligned afterwards?

No re-align, there's nothing to adjust. Just jack up the car and leave the body on stands while you have a jack holding up the beam. Then you just unbolt shit.

Aside from the e-brake, calipers and abs sensors, there are 2 trailing arm bolts/nuts, and 2 on the pivot link.
