I have a pair here at the house Daryl

So Blackwater, did you just follow the FSM? Seemed like a lot of previous posts made it seem that this should only be done when the engine was out...

No, its only 4 bolts. Just pulled out the 4 bolts, swapped bushings, and put the 4 bolts back.

Every car I build will be getting a set of these. I know they can't be used on manual racks but does anyone know why?

I have some of these on order for my NX2000. I will let you guys know how easy the installation is.
