Not exactly. You move the bushings forward or aft on the bar. When you can see the bar in person you will understand.

And coming from me it is not a matter of opinion. I have had all the sway bars made i take my car around an exit ramp every day. I took the STs off and installed progress I gained 7mph the car rotates better and is alot easier to handle.
The Sts are kind of all or nothing same with the whiteline. For guys who dont know how to drive an St sway bar will feel fine. When you learn how to drive (by learning I mean time on a roadcourse) If you dont spend time there you cant drive. End of story.

Of course that is also very dependent on the rest of the suspension setup. I wouldn't expect you to have anything but the best though Rodney!
