but 8K is safe on stock S&R right?

I would use them and try revving to 8300 or so and see what the dyno says of the power curve

I would use S&R if i would like to go to 8000 rpms, in fact i readed that stock S&R would fail after 7700 rpms.

Im going to use those cams on my car and i think that with a real good CR i would be able to get nice hp at 8000rpms so... IMO put the S&R they would help you get reliability...

Because, let's all face it - 8000 is FUN

might as well use them if you plan on frequent high revs, or like beto said, take it a little higher to see what the curve looks like

I don't have a dyno sheet, but IIRC the final number was 150 or 151 on the Dyno Dynamics "heartbreaker". I can say that it feels about the same on the bottom end and absolutely comes alive about 4700-5000 and pulls strong to past 7k. More seat of the pants feedback to follow tonight. Hitting the road in a couple minutes.
