For a good set-up for your GA B13 would be to use the 95 sr20 tb and B14 GA16DE Head, b14 lower intake manifold, and reuse the b13 upper intake manifold so you can use the sr20 tb.

The B14 GA Head flows better and has a better design. So if you use the following mods and I/H/E with a proper tune, you'll be seeing good satisfying results.

The ga manifold and the sr bolt up together with no modification? Why not just use a whole sr manifold if that was the case?

No no no no your miss understood.

The B14 GA head and B13 GA head have different Intake port size/angle. If you use the B13 Lower Intake Manifold on the B14 Head it will bolt up but the intake ports wont match. If you have no choice n willing to spend money then you have to bore out the lower itnake manifold match the gasket., so it can work.

Thats why you have to use the B14 GA Lower Intake Manifold and use the B13 Upper Intake Manifold. While using the B13 upper Intake Manifold you can use the 95 SR20 Throttle Body that has the same TPS plug and IACV Location.

I tell ya it sounds like some NON TUNED honduah talk here. Do it right the first time with your tuning so you have no issues JWT! JWT is who made my SR20 ECU run my GA16 and never a problem. I have all GA parts except a 95 240sx MAF and 370cc injectors. this is Turbo, BUT before i had Turbo on my GA16 I was running 15.1 was the best time ive ever seen a N/A GA go. Also for all the rev happy peeps the best 1 mod i ever did to the GA16 in N/A form was an 8lbs flywheel with a good clutch. thats what will really make a N/A GA16 happy. I have wanted to try the SR tb thing but never needed to since the tuning it was a pain in the A.

So your saying that the ga needs to be tuned to use the sr throttle body? I was told it would be fine with the stock ga ecu. Who is right here?
