After Pully install sound
For about a year now I've had my UR pullies installed, and now that things are starting to slow down at work, I can tackle this strange metal rattling sound.

The sound only occurs at idle, and it seems only when there's low oil pressure (ie 750rpm or at startup until oil pressure builds) -

It sounds like someone took a ball bearing and is hitting it back and forth on a thick metal casing, a high pitched sound.

It started after the UR Pully install, and hasn't stopped since. Ideas? It might just be unrelated to the install I guess, but that's when I noticed the sound.

Any idea of the frequency? Engine speed? Half engine speed? Could be timing chain related, or valve lash adjuster related, etc.

Well, like I said, it seems to be only at low idle (750) and I'd say 3-4 'tink's per second. Usually only after the car is warm (at low oil pressure AND low rpms)

Just ordered a timing chain tensioner from a guy on the forum here - seems to be a common thing especially if my car is pushing 310,000K.
