How are we looking Lou-E?

So far so good!

Everyone who's donated has given more then expected. Rob and I are in talks right now on how to thank the people who have donated.

If, and I repeat IF all of your expenses are covered once the convention is over consider putting what's left into next year's start up funds

As of now I think we are on track to break even... If anything for some reason is left over we will duscuss out options. The expense of the trophies, food and other things we have done have added up quick... The donations we are getting have been an a big help...

Things add up faster than most people realize. I know cause I've been in your shoes

It really does Joe.... Lou and I have come up with some great ideas. We have even done a few little things to make the event special and memorable.

The majority of the money is going into food and picnic grounds. Looks like well have to provide food for around 100 people and only 20 people sent $ for donations so we need to make that stretch. This is the forums money and we are not walking away with any in our pockets. If money is left over Rob and I have a few good ideas. Also it will be up to the people who donated on helping choose what we plan to do with extra money if thats the case.

If for some reason we come out of pocket we will place a donation jar out at the picnic. I know other Conventions had registration fees and this year we did not. We wanted to keep the pay as you go theme. So hopefully the donation jar helps out for those who have not donated yet.
